The rain has come, a couple days late of the forecast, but here now. Temp is 5C. If you missed it there won't be a new story post today as I reposted yesterday after finding that I had repeated an earlier story. Looks like I need a system! I just found by searching through how this blog works that I had not activated the thingy that allows comments, so if anyone has tried and failed - give it another go. The hawk that preys after my backyard friends was here yesterday. It is without fear, just moves from spot to spot when I try and chase it away.
