Another sunny morning. I'm back in the lodges common room again. The wifi doesn't extend to the rooms therefore that's why I am here.
Mostly the same group is here this morning, I forgot yesterday there is one 95 year old lady that comes here every afternoon and she sleeps through her time here. As well there is one man who isn't well and he comes here to sleep in a chair as well. I believe they both do so because if they die then they won't be alone.
M's Mom was much better yesterday and in all probability she will be released back to here later today. M is against it but looking at it rationally if everything as it was a couple of weeks ago, then there is no need to be in the hospital.
I wouldn't mind going lawn bowling but the bowling times here don't quite fit for me, but I'll see.
The fire at Kelowna is only partly contained and got larger yesterday. September fires are usually difficult specially if there is frost at night. The water in the hose lines will freeze so they have to be drained at night then reconnected in the morning.
I'm down a book and a half since we got here. I'm reading Wilbur Smith's newest - it is somewhat different than his others and is set in modern times complete with ElQuada.
I may put in another entry later,I'll see how the day goes.
