9C Overcast

Well it's been one month today that my son died of his injuries in that sawmill explosion in Prince George. Our thoughts, prayers and wishes go out again to all the other families who's loved ones were injured an killed in that horrible accident.
The last month hasn't been easy, not easy for Alan's mother, for his wife, his brothers, his step sibs and my wife. I know that it has been hard on all those good friends that were and are his. We all love him and will always have all those memories, some of which we probably haven't even recalled yet.
We will heal, but I do believe that empty feeling will never totally go away and perversely if I can't have him alive then I don't want it to go away. But we all will keep "trucking" along.

I'll add more of the story tomorrow.
