20C sunny
Sold a bunch of my fishing gear yesterday - lots of interest.

they slipped through a narrow channel and into a small bay.
At the head of the bay was a small floating dock and above it poking out of the trees was the front of a cabin that curiously blended into the rocks and the trees over it.
They idled up to the float and Alicia jumped out and secured the boat.
Bob shut down everything then climbed out behind her, “Welcome to my cabin, you shared yours and now I share mine.”
They walked up the rocky path and B ob opened the unlocked door; to Alicia’s questioning look he said, “Well I was only going out for a couple hours fishing.”
The inside while reasonably clean was untidy and cobwebs were noticeable in several corners.
“I think I know why you asked me along.” Alicia commented.
Bob just grinned and said, “I’m afraid my freezer and the fridge will be a real mess, they run on propane.”
The propane had run out, probably months before and when Alicia opened the fridge door she was greeted by the sight of rotted and dried, fruit and vegetables.
“How do we heat water?” She asked.
“I have a couple of spare hundred pound tanks, I’ll hook them up.”
He went outside and started exchanging tanks; Alicia took off her jacket, rolled up her sleeves and went to work clearing out everything in the fridge. When Bob came back she said, “I’ll do the fridge, you look after the freezer.” He nodded and went back out to where the freezer was located in a small shed.
They worked until about noon then heated some water and washed up.
The sun had burned off the sea mist and for mid November the outside temperature was fairly comfortable. They sat out on the small verandah and ate their lunch.
