Ahh Saturday, no bowling or other obligation, so didn't get up till after 7. Reloaded the big printer to M's upgraded computer(from Xp to Windows 7). Up to the Source to get a new cable charger for the old laptop ( I left the correct one in AZ). Picked a bottle of wine for a bowling friends 80th bd celebration. Razor blades and shaving cream and my shopping was complete!
Went to the party at 4, it was well attended and the video produced by his son was very good - touching actually.
Home just after 6:30 watched 3 episodes of the good wife.
Attending someone's 80th is kind of sobering. Twenty years used to be a long time, but if you add twenty to 80 ( which doesn't seem long anymore) you get 100. The majority of us don't make it to a hundred. So my answer is lawnbowls, we have 5 people over 90 in the club, one of which just turned 100. :))
