All day until about 5 pm in Victoria helping with Novice pre tournament games. While I was sitting watching at one point , I looked up into the sky and there was a wayward balloon moving from south to north and rising. When I first saw it I could make out the tether that had once held it to the earth, but it kept rising until I couldn't see the tether. I watched until it disappeared into the blue of the sky. "so much greater the view from up there."
