Been away for a few days and no wifi. Left last Thursday on the 8 am ferry. Took 2 hours to get through the border. Heavy traffic around Seattle and again just south of Portland. Arrived at Champoeg State park about 8 pm. Quick run into Newberg for some groceries. Finally got into our Yurt close to 10.
Rest of weekend visiting family, the Harvey's. My mother's family ie Grandma's. We also took a run to Silverton to visit M's Bleakneys, another run into Newberg, had to buy a propane burner and a few other things. Reunion day on Saturday. Big picnic and auction sale. Only about 40 attended this year, but it was good to see folks again.
Left Sunday at 7 am, caught the 3 pm ferry, met up with Chad and crew on the ferry, coincidence, and home before 5. Weather stays great!
