Christmas Day turned out to be a little different with bright sunny skies, almost like a spring day. We slept till after 6 then caught up to things on our iPads. We brought our two stockings that had mysteriously been filled during the night, to our bed and found many small items of great surprise. So obviously that Santa guy had been here. We got up around eight and taking our coffee went out to the tree and did the ritual of finding and opening presents. Finally got a call from Tucker saying that breakfast was soon to be prepared so away we went to the Schaff house for breakfast and to find Santa had left something's there for us. After breakfast we went on to the Kimber house and found that sants had also dropped off stuff there for us. He obviously is a little unsure of his addresses these days. But gets the job done anyway. While there we had a brunch, so came home well fed. Later in the day  those two families came to our house where the ladies prepared dinner while then men did man things. ( sat around).  Later we had a great Turkey and ham dinner, and all the supplemental dishes. Much later we played a gameactually atest. Which Cheryl got high score. I think I got the lowest. It was fun though. . The day closed early and we went to bed around 10.
Did talk to the Littles in Vanderhoof and Campbell River but missed the Chilliwack branch. Will try again this morning.
