Sorry for not being on here until tonight. Yesterday we had M's Mom's funeral. We did the graveyard service 1st at 10 am under clearing skies with family only. Then went back to the chapel for 11 am and the celebration of life. I do think it all went very well. about 70 people attended. Family up to an open house after a lunch and tea.
After the "kids" left this morning, I fixed some drawer slides, then with nothing for either of us to do but sit around we decided to come home today, left at noon and caught the 6 pm ferry.
Just had a nice hot tub and will be heading for bed shortly. It's been a trying two weeks but it is behind us, M got all the business end done in two days and now there are just a few details that will have to be done a bit later.
Hopefully I'll get back into my daily routine starting tomorrow.
